by motorsport.admin

The fourth round of the RK Fuel National Motocross series roared to life on Sunday, June 15,
2025, at Donnybrook Park in Harare. Despite the cooler winter weather, Riders enthusiastically
took to the track, delivering an exciting day of racing.

Race Highlights
The event showcased some dominant performances across various classes. Tait Bruford, Tyler
West, Jayden Kerwin, Kudzwai Chitsurura, Riley Rocher, Douglas Mellor and Ashley Thixton were
the standout riders of the day, each securing first place in all three heats of their respective
categories. Their consistent skill and speed provided a thrilling spectacle for all in attendance.
Significant work has been put into the Donnybrook track in preparation for the upcoming
Motocross of African Nations (MXoAN) in August. This dedication to track maintenance was
further highlighted by the presence of an FIM Africa official, who conducted a thorough track
inspection during the event. Their visit underscores the commitment to meeting international
standards for the prestigious MXoAN event.

The Bogwheelers Club extends its sincere gratitude to RK Fuels for their continued and generous
sponsorship of the 2025 National Motocross Series. Their support is invaluable in making these
events possible.

A heartfelt thank you also goes out to the dedicated Bogwheelers Club staff, marshals, committee
members, caterers, and medical staff for their tireless efforts in organizing and running a smooth
event. We also appreciate all the competitors who brought their talent and passion to the track.
Finally, a special acknowledgment to all the fathers who spent their Father’s Day supporting our
race day – your encouragement and presence are truly cherished.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the next round of the RK Fuel National Motocross series
on the 20th July 2025.
